We will check availability and get back to you as soon as possible with a personalised itinerary.
If you are happy with the itinerary, we will book the rooms and invoice you for the 30% deposit payment.
Remaining balances are due 30 days before the holiday start date.
Arrival/Departure times – Most of our holidays include arrival and departure shuttle transfers between local train stations and your B&Bs. Transfers are included between 7.30am and 8pm but please be aware that it may not be possible to check-in to B&Bs until 4pm.
Please note that if you expect to arrive after 8pm, you must inform us when booking as many B&B’s are unable to accept arrivals after this time.
Luggage – Unless otherwise agreed, one item of luggage is allowed per person, 20kg maximum and luggage should be ready for collection by 9
am every day.
