Covid Cancellation Policy

Our priority, as always, is to ensure the  safety and well-being of our clients, staff and the local businesses that we work with.

Accommodation providers, restaurants and cafes are implementing procedures to minimize the risk of spreading coronavirus, public transport guidance has been issued and we are also playing our part.


If we have to cancel your holiday due to closure of the hospitality sector or an enforced lockdown here in Cornwall during your holiday, we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

If you are unable to travel due to UK regional travel restrictions caused by Covid-19 during the period of your holiday, we will issue a full refund.


The following circumstances fall under our standard cancellation policy and although we cannot issue a full refund, we will do our best to provide a better refund than listed in the T&Cs’.

  • Cancellation due to uncertainty over future travel restrictions.
  • Cancellation due to altered travel schedules (this includes cancelled flights and train services).
  • Suspected or confirmed Covid infection in any member of your group .
