Our priority, as always, is to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers, staff and the local businesses that we work with.
Accommodation providers, restaurants and cafes are implementing procedures to minimize the risk of spreading COVID-19 including hand sanitiser stations, staggered meal times, track and trace, deep cleaning and, of course, the use of face masks.
If we have to cancel your holiday due to closure of the hospitality sector or an enforced lockdown here in Cornwall during your holiday, we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
If you are unable to travel due to international or regional travel restrictions caused by COVID-19 during the period of your holiday, we will issue a full refund.
The following circumstances fall under our standard cancellation policy and although we cannot issue a full refund, we will do our best to provide a better refund than listed in the T&Cs’.
If you or any member of your party test positive for Covid-19 we reserve the right to cancel any remaining parts of your holiday. In such cases we will not be able to provide any refunds and we will do our best to help you source alternative accommodation where you can safely isolate for as long as necessary. Unfortunately we will not be able to cover the costs of any additional or alternative accommodation (we strongly advise taking out appropriate travel insurance).
