Covid Cancellation Policy

If we have to cancel your holiday due to closure of the hospitality sector or an enforced lockdown here in Cornwall during your holiday, we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

If you are unable to travel due to international or regional travel restrictions caused by Covid-19 during the period of your holiday, we will issue a full refund.


The following circumstances fall under our standard cancellation policy and although we cannot issue a full refund, we will do our best to provide a better refund than listed in the T&Cs’.

  • Cancellation due to uncertainty over future travel restrictions.
  • Cancellation due to altered travel schedules (this includes cancelled flights and train services).
  • Suspected or confirmed Covid infection in any member of your group .
